Requirement and Qualifications

1) BUSINESS DEVLOPEMENT EXECUTIVE :-

Job Description

Summary of responsibility : Responsible for Identify business prospects, cultivating business relationships with key clients and sales partners for increasing business.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • BBA /MBA/PGDM (preferred) or UG - Any Graduate, Any Specialization.
  • At least 2-3 years marketing and/or product management experience in Institutional or Industrial segment.
  • Should have experience of Liasoning with Interior Designers, Architects, Project Management Consultants and Contractors.
  • Should have proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Should have good written and oral skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience of building and handling teams.

2) SERVICE MANAGER :- (DME / Graduate)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Should have minimum 6 - 8 years experience in the HVAC or similar field handling projects.
  • Responsible for Service department – Handling Customers – Annual Maintenance Contracts, Complaints & Routine Maintenance.
  • Should be able to handle a team of around 20 – 30.
  • Handling escalations & co-ordination with clients.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by timely Maintenance and attending to complaints.
  • Ensuring necessary reports & documents are being properly maintained.
  • Ensuring upkeep of tools & tackles.
  • Ensuring updation of knowledge and skills of staff by training.
  • Regular evaluation of service team performance and motivating team to give a good customer experience.

3) OFFICE CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT :-

Job Description

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Graduates with 3 – 4 years experience in similar area with good communication skills.
  • Conversant with Tally ERP 9.0.
  • Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel/Power point).
